Application

To apply for membership in the corporation, South Osborne Housing Co-op Ltd. and for housing at South Osborne Place, kindly fill in the application form and forward it with the required fee and documentation to Brydges Property Management as indicated on the application form. When two or more people apply, it is considered a joint membership application.

South Osborne Place gives priority to people whose annual gross income falls below the maximums set by the Manitoba Government’s Elderly and Infirm Persons Housing Program.

Those maximums are five times the annual housing charges for a unit. There are a limited number of subsidized units available from time to time.
